Family information night
Our Family Information Night was a wonderful success! During the session, we introduced families to the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Victorian Early Years Learning Framework (VEYLDF). We shared insights into how our program aligns with these frameworks and emphasized the importance of family participation and collaboration in supporting children's learning and development. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with families, answer questions, and strengthen our partnership in nurturing each child's growth and well-being.
Christmas Traditional Lunch
At Morning Star Early Learning Centre, we celebrated Christmas with traditional lunch parties for all the children. To ensure everyone could join the festivities, we hosted two parties—on Wednesday, featuring fish and chips, and on Thursday, with sausage rolls, party pies, and chips.
Each child enjoyed pulling a festive Christmas cracker and wearing a party hat, embracing the joy of this tradition. We created a warm, family-style atmosphere with all the children seated together at a long table, sharing delicious food and laughter.
It was a heartwarming celebration of togetherness, reminding us of the joy and importance of family gatherings during the festive season.
Graduation Party
This year, we proudly celebrated the graduation of our little stars at Morning Star Bilingual Early Learning Centre. Some have been with us since they were just 9 months old, and seeing them grow into confident, curious learners has been a joy. Though it’s bittersweet to say goodbye as they head off to "big kids' school," we wish them all the best in this exciting new chapter. They will always hold a special place in our hearts!
Christmas Party at Box Hill Flip Out!
This year, Morning Star Bilingual Early Learning Centre celebrated Christmas at Box Hill Flip Out, and it was a blast!
We were thrilled to have our families and siblings join us for a day of fun, food, and festivities. Santa made a special appearance, bringing gifts for all the amazing children, who’ve been so good this year! 🎅🎁

Christmas Snow Day
At Morning Star Bilingual Early Learning Centre, we celebrated Christmas Snow Day with excitement! Though it’s summer in Australia, we brought snowy magic to life by reading Christmas books and playing in fluffy bubble snow from our snow machine. The children’s laughter and joy made the day unforgettable!
